　To promote co-creation between foreign companies with advanced technology and Nagoya-area businesses, we are providing a matchmaking opportunity where Nagoya-area businesses and foreign companies considering expanding into the region can meet, network, and discuss business and collaboration potential.
If you are interested in discovering new opportunities to work with overseas ICT and AI/IoT companies, we encourage you to participate!

①    Overview
　Purpose: Generate co-creation opportunities between Nagoya-area companies and foreign companies, and improve the global competitiveness of local industry
　Eligible Candidates: Nagoya-area companies (headquartered in Aichi, Gifu, or Mie)
　Format: Online

　　　　　*If held online, it will be over Zoom
　　　　　*May also be held in-person if the foreign company members are available
　Matchmaking Period: From December 25th, 2025 (Thu) to February 27th, 2026 (Fri)

②    Participating Foreign Companies
　See below for a list of companies participating in the matchmaking event.

③    Details
　Cost of Participation: Free (however, participants are responsible for their own devices, network environment, and travel expenses)
　How to Apply: Please contact us via the email address or phone number provided below.
　Application Deadline: 5 pm on January 30th, 2026 (Fri)

④    Matchmaking Process
　We will arrange the business matchmaking as follows:
　Step 1. Preparation
　・Share details about each company with the company they will be meeting
　・Clarify the goals/purpose behind the meeting
　・Provide interpretation if necessary
　・Distribute the agenda before the meeting
　Step 2. Online Meeting
　・Will be around 30 – 45 minutes per company
　Step 3. Create meeting minutes
　・List potential collaboration areas and additional materials/documents
　・Share a concise summary of the meeting with participants
　Step 4. Follow-up
　・Send minutes to participants within 24 – 48 hours after the meeting
　・Work out next steps
　Step 5. Report on Results
　・Clearly lay out next steps for successful collaboration
